Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Willow Staffing is a Oakland staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
