Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Kestrel Property Management is a New Orleans property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
