Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Greenridge Nest Markets is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
