Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sable Property Management and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
