Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Facilities is a facilities company in Milwaukee with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
