Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Willow Property Management is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
