Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Corner Community Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
