Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Miami, FL)

Cedar Bridge Freight Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
