Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Quill Telecom and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
