Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Memphis, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
