Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Thistle Early Learning and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
