Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Memphis, TN)

Foxglove Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Memphis, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 311 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
