Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Madison, WI)

Fernwood Wren Freight is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
