Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Drift Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
