Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Kestrel Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 249 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
