Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Quarry Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
