Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Little Rock region, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
