Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Keystone Freight is a Knoxville logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
