Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Amber Insurance is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
