Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Union Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Kansas City area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
