Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Vista Financial is a financial-services company in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
