Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Forge Inspection Services is an inspection company in Kansas City with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
