Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Fox Property Management is a Kansas City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
