Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Basin Inspection Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
