Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Fernwood Hospitality is a hospitality company in Kansas City with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
