Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Greenridge Rowan Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
