Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Vale Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
