Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Foxglove Linden Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
