Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Bridge Freight Group is a Jacksonville logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
