Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Cedar Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Jackson serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
