Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Cobalt Community Partners is a Jackson charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
