Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jackson, MS)

Silverline Pine Markets serves neighbourhoods around Jackson with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
