Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Vista Community Partners is a Indianapolis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
