Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Indianapolis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 728 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
