Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Keystone Care Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
