Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Honolulu, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
