Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Kestrel Staffing is a Honolulu staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 360 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
