Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vista Property Management and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
