Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Corner Property Management manages apartment communities around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
