Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Grand Rapids area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
