Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Lakeside Freight is a Grand Rapids logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We reward reliability. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
