Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Grand Rapids supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 477 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
