Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Field Community Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
