Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fresno, CA)

Nova Junction Staffing Group places workers with employers around Fresno, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
