Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Field Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
