Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Kestrel Markets is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
