Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Lakeside Banking Services is a regional lender in Fort Worth with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 650 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
