Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Fort Worth area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
