Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath West Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Fort Worth with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
