Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Iron Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
